You'll design across our NHS-facing B2B platform and contribute to our growing direct-to-patient surface, working closely with Product Managers, Engineers, Clinicians, and Customer Success. You will be a key voice for the user in every product decision.What you’ll doProduct Design & CraftOwn end-to-end design across key product areas - from early-stage wireframes and flows to polished, production-ready UIDesign experiences that reduce friction and build trust, particularly for users navigating sensitive clinical information or receiving risk assessmentsTranslate complex clinical logic, AI outputs, and data-heavy workflows into clear, accessible, human-centred interfacesContribute to and help evolve our design system, ensuring consistency and scalability across web and mobile surfacesDiscovery & ResearchLead or support lightweight user research - interviews, usability testing, and workflow observation - with NHS clinicians and patientsSynthesise insights from customer support, customer success, and clinical feedback to continuously improve the experienceIdentify friction points and unmet needs across our user journeys and present findings clearly to the wider product teamCross-functional CollaborationPartner with Product Managers, Engineers, Commercial teams and Clinical Advisors to ship well-considered, high-quality product experiencesWork closely with Customer Success and Support to ensure product decisions reflect real-world clinical implementation needsCommunicate design decisions clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders - articulating the 'why' behind every choiceCollaborate with Marketing on go-to-market assets and patient-facing content where design quality matters
Requirements
