For this area we are now looking for a person who will act as a strategic head, product manager and bridge builder between the market, customers and technology. The role As Product Manager - Contact Center & Conversational AI (f/m/d), you take responsibility for our contact center solution portfolio - from strategic development to presales and partner management to commercial control.
You work closely with our cloud consultants and development teams and are the link between AWS, our customers and the market. This is not a classic sales job - and not a pure tech job either. It is a role for people who like both: strategic vision and direct customer contact.
Your tasks Solution strategy & product development You will strategically develop our contact center and AI solution portfolio and give it a clear roadmap. You identify new market opportunities - e.g. B. via the AWS Marketplace, managed service offerings or new partnerships.
You keep an eye on market trends and competition and derive growth strategies from them. Presales & Customer Relations You conduct initial discussions with potential customers, identify their needs and bring the right solution into play. Together with our consultants, you will create convincing offers, presentations and proof-of-concepts.
You build long-term customer relationships and recognize potential for further development (upselling). AWS partner relationship You are the main contact person for AWS in the contact center area and actively maintain the partner relationship. You represent tecRacer in AWS partner programs, at events and trade fairs.

No experience with Amazon Connect? No problem! Anyone from the field of conversational AI, AI/ML, contact center or AWS is welcome to apply.
