Requirements
Experience in engineering or backend development roles, with demonstrated success building large-scale maintainable data streaming systems.Several years of experience leading and mentoring engineering teams, preferably in the Streaming space, with a focus on impact, growth, and collaboration.Good communication skills to engage with a wide range of technical and non-technical audiences while driving strategies related to streaming architecture.Proven background in cloud-native solutions (AWS, GCP, or Azure).Command of your favorite modern programming language: Python, Ruby, Java, Objective-C, C++, etc.Committed to creating a culture of operational excellence, documentation, trust, and continuous improvement across the team and organization.
