Key Responsibilities

Requirements
related to Oracle HCM and Performance Management 2. Provide techno-functional support for Oracle HCM modules 3. Configure, troubleshoot, and enhance Performance Management processes 4.
Support workflow configurations, approvals, notifications, and related integrations 5. Coordinate with business users for requirement gathering, testing, and issue resolution 6. Prepare functional and technical documentation 7.
Support UAT activities and deployment coordination 8. Provide recommendations for process improvements and automation 9. Work closely with technical teams for customization and reporting
Requirements
- Ensure timely support and resolution of operational issues 11. Leverage AI tools and modern technologies to improve productivity, accelerate analysis, support code generation, and enhance delivery efficiency. Required Skills & Experience 1. Strong experience in Oracle HCM modules, particularly Performance Management 2. Good understanding of Oracle E-Business Suite HRMS / SSHR environment 3. Experience in Oracle workflows and approval processes 4. Ability to analyze business
